At Refugio Sauna Co., we are committed to delivering your sauna products in a timely and professional manner. Please review the details below for our shipping terms.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship only to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to 39 of the lower 48 states, with only a modest shipping fee for the remaining 10 states that are furthest from our fulfillment center.
3. Handling and Shipping Times
We sell two categories of products:
- In-Stock Products – These items typically have a 3-business-day handling time and ship within 8–10 business days from the date of order.
- Made-to-Order Products – These items have a 4-week production time and a total production and shipping time of approximately 8–9 weeks from the date of order.
Please refer to each product page for specific lead times before placing your order. Shipping time is shown in the checkout process prior to the payment finalization step.
4. Carriers and Delivery
We use reputable carriers and freight services to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Larger items are delivered via freight truck equipped with a lift gate. The lift gate will lower your item to the ground for curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means the carrier will place the shipment at the end of your driveway or the closest safe location to your property. It is up to the carrier and their driver as to whether they will move the product via pallet jack from the curb onto your driveway, or into your garage, or backyard. This is a conversation customer must have with carrier when they call to schedule the delivery.
5. Scheduling Delivery
For freight shipments, the freight carrier will contact you directly using the phone number and/or email address you provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important that you respond promptly to coordinate delivery, as delays in scheduling may result in additional storage fees charged by the carrier.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7. Delays
While we do our best to meet stated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain delays, weather events, or carrier issues) may affect delivery schedules. We will communicate promptly if a delay occurs.
8. Shipping Damage or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of any damage and email them to info@refugiosaunaco.com so we can initiate a replacement or claim process.
